If you have a complaint

If you have a complaint, you must contact the Immigration Advisers Authority first. They will then refer your complaint to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal.

Complaints against decisions made by the Immigration Advisers Authority

You can appeal to the Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal about a decision made by the Immigration Advisers Authority.
